Sometimes it can be helpful to talk confidentially to someone who's outside your sphere of friends and family to gain new perspectives on issues affecting you. I am an experienced therapist, working with both individuals and couples, offering short or long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy. Let's see how we go!

Relational psychodynamic psychotherapy, attachment, sand tray work, Emotionally Focussed Therapy with couples.

Experience

Ten years working as a psychotherapist working with individuals and couples, both in private practice and for not-for-profit organisations (New Zealand AIDS Foundation Burnett Centre, Auckland Family Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre and Lifeline). Eight years phone counselling at Youthline and Lifeline.
