Over the last twenty years I have worked as a psychotherapist in private practice and in a variety of therapy agencies and I am now in private practice in Mount Eden.

I work with individuals and couples in both long and short term psychotherapy to provide a safe and confidential place. Here we can explore together and seek to understand better your deepest self and through this to find the ability to make the changes that are life enhancing.

I have a passion for the work I do and a care for all that blocks and hinders creativity and enjoyment in life:

• when our relationships become difficult or break down,
• when it’s hard to communicate about the deepest things,
• when we struggle to survive a difficult childhood or overwhelming experiences,
• when we are depressed or anxious or life seems just meaningless.
