Throughout my journey in helping professions, I have had a privilege to work with a diverse range of people in a range of therapeutic settings. As well as offering private consultations, I have worked in several community organisations with both adults and adolescents in the fields of sexual abuse, men's issues, anger management and mental health. This has provided me with experience in both general and specialised areas of psychotherapy and counselling, as well as with a better perspective on how different approaches to helping can be used effectively.

I work with couples and individuals and can help with relationship and intimacy issues, anxiety, anger and depression, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), acculturation issues, and individuals wishing to explore areas of personal growth in their life.
